Teaching a child how to ride the best toy ever is easier than most people believe. Each parent is proud to see there kid ride their new toy. One of the simplest strategies when showing them how to ride is to begin with a tri scooter. This is a scooter with a pair of wheels at one end and a single wheel at the other end. The great feature about a tri scooter is that the additional wheel gives it better stability so it makes it easier for very small children to learn to ride. Tri scooters come in a range of designs as well, mostly based on common kids TV shows.
The entire idea of being closer to the pavement and having one foot on the pavement, gives them a much greater sense of being in control. No point in stressing over instructing them how to ride a scooter. A favourite technique is to let youngsters do what they do well. Just let them play. They will be riding that scooter in no time at all.
Tri scooter manufacturers take maximum care to make the products appealable to the kids while still ensuring that safety is a high priority. And what is a better attraction to kids than their popular kids TV characters?
Though themed differently, all of the tri scooters score high on safety and comfort. The frame has been kept easy to handle and the scooter is really transportable. The user comments for the scooters have been very positive with buyers loving their ability to engross the youngsters attention while still teaching them some awfully valuable lessons.

There are many causes of hormonal imbalances, such as eating disorders, glandular problems, ovulation disorders, abnormal cervical mucus, and thyroid problems. There have even been environmental chemicals that have been known to cause these imbalances as well, such as heavy metals, herbicides, pesticides, and plastics. Its scary that the air we breathe and the food that we eat can play a role in the function of our body in this manner.
There are also hormonal therapy treatments that will treat the symptoms of hormonal imbalance. The treatment will depend on the type of imbalance that your child has. Hormonal therapy can consist of herbal and homeopathic remedies to hormone injections.

Saying Things in a Certain Way
by admin on February 12th, 2009
When you have kids you talk to them every day. What you say to them can make a huge impact on the way that they act and feel about themselves. You can really help create a high self esteem for them if you say the right things and act the right way. If they are raised in a positive way, they will be more likely to have a happy and fulfilling life.
Kids can often times be resistant to certain things that are good for them and will help them out in the long run, things like eating healthy foods, using the restroom, cleaning up their room, and so on. The way that you talk to them about this can make a big difference as to whether you will get resistance, or agreement. What you say has to do with the way that you think and how you feel. As a parent it is important to take care of your own health and be in the right state of mind. Make sure to exercise after taking your acceletrim and eat healthy foods, sleep each night and stay calm with low stress levels. The better that you take care of yourself the better you will be able to care for your kids.
Let us take for an example that you know your kid should eat more peas with their meals, they are high in fiber and have vitamins and minerals that their body needs. You could just straight out ask your kid if they want peas with their dinner, but this might end up with a no answer and resistance. You could say it in a certain way that strikes up some interest and makes the peas look more appealing. You could say something like “Tonight we are going to have your favorite lasagna dish and some tasty peas for our meal”. This will get them thinking about the lasagna, and eating a few peas is not really that big of a deal, it will end up tasting good next to the lasagna. Just by saying this in a different way you can make things more fun and enjoyable for your kid.
A Covert Marketing Tool For Parent Buyers – The Kiddie Ride
by admin on June 8th, 2008
Choosy mothers choose Jif. But what do choosy kids choose? “Automobiles and electronics,” says Mark Snyder, senior vice president of brand management for Holiday Inn. “Children very much get to participate in making those purchasing decisions.” Let’s face it. Anyone who has ever stood in a checkout line in the supermarket knows that kids have always had a say in purchasing toys, food and other smallish items. What’s new is how far that influence now stretchesand how advertisers are reacting.
Let’s look at one tool the grocery industry uses to influence kids and ultimately to get parents to buy foodstuff at their location. This tool is beginning to be used by smart marketers in other industries as we’ll detail. The tool – a kiddie ride.
Every grocer wants to create a carnival type atmosphere to attract kids and their grocery-buying parents. Kiddie rides provide a great way to attract kids and their money-spending parents. Most every parent can tell you which grocery stores have kiddie rides because their kids alert them to the fact, and of course, which grocery store is the kid going to want to shop at when tagging along with Mom or Dad. Of course, the one with the kiddie ride.
Let’s look at some other industries that are taking a page from the grocers of America and utilizing kiddie rides in their marketing efforts.
Pulte Homes knows that part of selling houses is selling the kids. “We always make sure we are marketing to the children,” says Deborah Blake, the company’s vice president of marketing for Arizona and Nevada. “We want the kids to say, ‘I have to live here,’ as the parents are driving by the model homes.” A fun and novel way to make a model home stand out to children is to have a kiddie ride in the living room. The stone fireplace may, or may not, stand out in the children’s minds. A kiddie ride sure will, though.
A very different example of the kiddie ride as a marketing tool is in the lobby of a pediatric doctor. Whether the doctor is checking a child’s teeth or their warts, it is really hard for a doctor to differentiate himself from another doctor in the mind of his layman clients. One way to differentiate a practice is to create a fun carnival environment in the lobby with a kiddie ride. The kids, and parents for that matter, probably won’t remember the dull office visit, but they most certainly will remember and want to return to the fun lobby. This is to say nothing of a doctor offering a “magic” token to operate the ride as good behavior during an examination. Think of the time a doctor could save over the course of the year if just one minute was shaved off each exam because of good behavior.
“What a great motivational tool our kiddie ride has been in our doctors office,” said Linda Day of Pediatric and Teenage Dentistry in West Virginia. “The kids look forward to their office visits because they know an exciting ride is waiting for them at the end.”
Another great example of the kiddie ride as a marketing tool is at a car dealership. When a family with children walks onto the lot, instead of immediately taking them to the vehicles the salesperson takes the family to the kiddie ride. Out of his or her own pocket he pulls out a quarter to treat the young kids to a “free” ride. This harkens back to psychologist Robert Cialdini’s seminal book “Influence”, and his examination of the “click” and “whirr” of reciprocation. The salesperson has given the kids a free ride, now the parents will reciprocate giving the saleperson their time and attention, and quite possibly, the opportunity to match any offer of a competing dealership. This is to say nothing of the fact that the dealership with the kiddie ride will stand out in the children’s minds and probably get talked about at the supper table.
While they were created originally as vending machines, the real earning power today of a kiddie ride isn’t in how many quarters are in the coin box each week, but in how effectively marketers can use this classic amusement ride to build goodwill with kids and their money-spending parents.
